  1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a) The item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. b) The item(s) must be in their original packaging. c) The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a) Send an email to hello@theblissboost.com within 30 days of your purchase, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. b) Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address. c) Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are adequately protected during transit. d) Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

1.3 Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:

a) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. b) Shipping costs are non-refundable. c) If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. d) Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  1. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item , please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@theblissboost.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number, a detailed description, and if possible, attach relevant photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
